The way forward
If you decide to register, please confirm via e-mail to email@example.com (Chairman) that you are keen to partner with the Foundation.
Our commitment is that we will immediately negotiate support from community members. We can only do this after we have confirmation that the Restaurant partner has been registered. We need to confirm to people within the Restaurant’s community that we have an arrangement with the specific Restaurant.
We will also negotiate a partnership with an estate agency. This is a time-consuming process, as we need to find the principal with the correct values who we believe will represent the Foundation as Ambassador. We might do interviews with 12 principals before we select the partner… We will update the Restaurateurs on who the property team in partnership will be.
We ask Restaurateurs who might decide to cancel the arrangement with the Foundation to give us at least one-month notice, so that we can inform the other partners who will work with you in your community in advance. We will then need to find another Restaurant with whom they can partner to support patients in your community.

Our first task is to register all the companies on our server and do all the back-end work that needs to be completed by May 2018.
We will mail a password to all the partners during the first week of May so that business owners can prepare media messages on a website. (The platform is easy to use and it will take less than 30 minutes to prepare to talk to people within your community)
We are extremely busy until April 2018, and April might be the hardest month on our team. We need to help companies prepare social media campaigns etc.
We ask all our business partners to arrange with their staff and to download the app themselves during the last week of May 2018.
The last week in May 2018 will be the start of a new era for people within the Frail Care environment.
